Question 1 - What is the policy for returns, warranties etc...?

East West has a no refund or exchange policy in place.

In the event of product defects, warranties will be honoured, given that no damage has been caused to product by purchaser.

Futons are guaranteed against manufacturing defects (except mold and compression) within the specified time listed on invoice.

Any stains on a futon mattress will void the warranty.
All futon frames & beds require some assembly.

Question 2 - Can I place an order for an item not available online?

Yes! Just give us a call and we'll give you a shipping quote!

Question 3 - What about cancellations?

We know you're going to love your new furniture from East West, but once in a while you may need to cancel an order. Generally, we cannot cancel an order once it has left our warehouse or distribution centre, if the product has been assembled, or if production has been started. In the event that a cancellation is still possible, a restocking fee will apply.

Question 4 - How do deliveries to remote locations work?

If you live in a remote location (an island, a tree-house etc...) additional delivery surcharges may apply. If you have any questions regarding delivery, please contact us.
