IN STORE PURCHASES

All deliveries in the Greater Toronto Area are processed through our location at 464 Bloor St. West.   We offer 3 options for our in-house managed deliveries: 

  • One man delivery 
  • Two man delivery (large/heavy items)
  • Full set up & assembly

     Other noteworthy items:

    • Some assistance may be required when receiving a home delivery. 
    • Disposal of shipping-related material is the responsibility of customer
    • Condo or apartments that require elevator booking: book of minimum of 3 hours 

ONLINE PURCHASES

Because we don't want you to pay more than you should, we break out the delivery fee on your purchases.  If you are out of our specified areas of delivery, don't worry, just contact us and we can give you a quote on the phone. 

All deliveries are a threshold deliveries.  This means the product(s) will be brought into the house near the front door.  

MISSED YOU

If you have agreed to a scheduled delivery time (window) and are NOT AT HOME to receive the items at the scheduled time, please call to re-schedule a delivery for a different day.  There will be a charge for the 2nd attempt delivery equal to the cost of the first attempt.  If you have any questions, please give us a call.  

PRODUCT DAMAGE

In the event that damage occurs during the shipping process, this must be clearly noted on the shipping documents at the time of delivery.  Failure to do so, may affect the Damage Claim eligibility.  **Note - Please keep original packaging to ensure return transport. 

ASSEMBLY

Most items require some assembly.  Delivery does not include assembly service unless specified.
