questions were answered quickly via email with even a phone call from the company to help go over details. We were also very happy that they were willing and able to ship to us here in Cape Breton directly to our front door (that's hard to find here with a lot of stores.) The shipping company was also great to deal with. We love our new futon and attress...it fits into our small space perfectly, love the additional storage drawers, it's quite comfortable and exactly what we wanted. It was also fairly easy to assemble.
